Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Begin Slicing Bell Peppers, Onions, and Cucumbers. (Any other Vegetables are ok as well).
Slice and season your chicken with 1 Tbsp. garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper, Smoked Paprika and Olive oil.
Once everything is sliced and seasoned begin assembling everything together on bamboo sticks or kabob sticks. ( Special tip soak bamboo sticks in water for 5 minutes before use.)
Now Once your skewers are finished and ready to go set them in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes till chicken and veggies are cooked thoroughly.
While skewers are in the oven lets begin to make our Huli Huli sauce.
Your going to begin by adding your pineapple juice, Then your brown sugar, soy sauce, chicken broth, garlic and ginger and apple cider vinegar. Once the sugar dissolve add your cornstarch and whisk until sauce is to a thick consistency.
Once done take out skewers, Plate and pour the sauce over them and enjoy for a flavor that will make you say aloha!
